Nicole grew up in the Interlake and moved to Winnipeg where she lived for 6 years working on her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Winnipeg and Public Relations diploma from Red River College. While in Winnipeg, she lived in a variety of neighbourhoods, including Garden City, Osborne Village, the West End and St Boniface – where she purchased her first home.

Nicole is now back in the Interlake living in Ponemah with her husband and their dog Buck. Celebrating over 8 years in the business & blessed to be able to do something she loves, every day.

Nicole’s work is a mix of rural and urban. With her office in Winnipeg and her home in the Interlake, Nicole has the ability to accommodate both clients looking to buy or sell in Winnipeg and rural Manitoba – specializing in Interlake properties.

Many of Nicole’s clients retire in the Interlake – listing their home in Winnipeg with Nicole and then working with her to find their retirement paradise. She also works with first time home buyers, investors, and families looking to purchase vacation properties.

Nicole was raised by entrepreneurs. She has a strict work ethic backed by a degree in communications and a diploma in public relations – her business is everything.

“When I take on a client, I become fully invested in them. I am on call 24/7. It’s important to me that my clients recognize that and respect it, as I will work hand in hand with them to meet their needs efficiently.”

Life goal: Be one of those agents that say “I’ve been in the business for over 30 years!” & Open a bed and breakfast with her sister in Gimli.
